 I was born and raised in Brooklyn Park, MN. I have always loved the restaurant industry and have done everything from being a bouncer, a Bar Back, Bartender, Cook and General Manager. My wife Candice is from Palatine, IL. and owned a bar in McHenry before moving to Naples. We started this trip by doing fairs and events to being the only outside vendor to serve food at the Minnesota Twins Spring Training in Ft. Myers and who doesn't love Barbecue. Being from the Midwest we appreciate the summers and having friends and family over for good times and great food. We thought it was a great concept so we started a restaurant where friends and family can come and enjoy good company and eat some delicious food. We smoke our meats in house and our meats come only with our signature rubs. You can get any of house made BBQ sauces on the side. But we are more than just a smoke house, so come join us in our Backyard and let us do the cooking!!!
